• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking of our car hire services.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event date.
• Date changes are allowed at no extra cost, provided the new date is available.
• In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon placing the order for handmade wedding favours.
• As these items are made to order, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Any changes to bookings must be made in writing and will be subject to availability.
• For car hire services, date changes are free of charge if the new date is available.
• Handmade wedding favors cannot be changed once the production has started.

• Gingercat Wedding will not be held liable for any unforeseen events that may prevent the service from being delivered.
• In the case of extreme circumstances that affect our ability to provide the car hire service, we will offer a full refund, including the deposit.

We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your information and will not share it with third parties without your explicit consent. 

Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of managing your booking and providing our services, including communication about your order, updates, and event details. 

 Ginger Cat Weddings will never sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third party unless required to do so by law. 

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Once no longer needed, your data will be securely deleted from our systems.
